Terra Europa

Terra Europa is a weekly European current affairs series broadcast on RTP’s Antena 1 radio and television channels. The program offers exclusive reports on topics that concern citizens, such as job creation, climate change, innovation and energy, security, migration, and the fight against poverty.

The series follows the work of Members of the European Parliament and European institutions through four new segments: simplifying Europe with the “European Dictionary”; building Europe with the participation of young Portuguese voters; giving space to culture through “Cinema Europa,” showcasing festivals and European awards; and getting to know the 27 member states with a segment on European statistics.

Rebecca Abecassis serves as the coordinator of the series, bringing her expertise in European affairs to guide the program’s editorial direction and content development.
